Tacos Y Mariscos El Rojinegro Food Truck Information

If you're in the mood for delicious, fresh tacos and seafood in Los Angeles, then Tacos Y Mariscos El Rojinegro Food Truck should be your next stop. Nestled at 8716 S Sepulveda Blvd, this food truck has earned a reputation for serving up mouth-watering, authentic Mexican dishes with a touch of Southern California flair. The spot is a favorite for locals and tourists alike, and for good reason.

The menu offers a variety of classic taco options, but it’s the seafood dishes that really steal the show. The shrimp tacos are a fan favorite-light, tender shrimp tucked into a perfectly warm tortilla, topped with fresh salsa, creamy avocado, and a hint of tangy lime. But the real gem here is the fish taco, which features flaky fish, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, balanced by the zesty freshness of the garnishes. The seafood options, in general, are always fresh and packed with flavor, making it a must-try for anyone who enjoys mariscos.

While the food is, of course, the main attraction, the experience is made even better by the friendly service and casual, yet vibrant atmosphere. The staff at Tacos Y Mariscos El Rojinegro are always welcoming and ready to make recommendations, whether it’s for a new taco combo or pairing the perfect salsa with your meal. Even though it's a food truck, it has that homey, community feel that makes you want to come back for more.

Aside from the tacos, you’ll also find a variety of other traditional Mexican dishes like quesadillas, burritos, and ceviche. Each item is crafted with care, ensuring that every bite is a burst of flavor. Whether you’re grabbing a quick snack or sitting down for a full meal, you’re bound to leave feeling satisfied. Plus, the prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food.

Overall, Tacos Y Mariscos El Rojinegro Food Truck is a must-visit for anyone in the area looking to indulge in some of the best tacos and seafood that LA has to offer. Whether you’re a taco enthusiast or someone who loves fresh mariscos, this food truck offers an unforgettable taste of authentic Mexican flavors with a laid-back vibe that's perfect for enjoying your meal.

What People's Say About Place

Everything here is fresh and really good ! Taco de pulpo is soft and juicy , taco de pescado is a big piece of grilled fish , and fresh oysters topped with a aguachile style . I tried a fantastic habanero salsa and an oil chili which was amazing ! Usually Marisco places only have 1 good thing but this place has everything good ! Can’t wait to try more stuff !

Best fish taco I've had. Also got the octopus taco - good but not as good as the fish one. Very fresh

Like when the simplicity of a food truck beats the elegance of a restaurant hands down. The best ceviche in LA! I was amazed by the tasty fish ceviche, it’s really big and delicious. And we also had a huge octopus quesadilla with the most delicious oil sauce! The attention was super kind!! Thank you!

It’s TACO Tuesday! I was invited for a taco tasting and I must say these taco did not disappoint. I had the fish tacos and they were definitely tasty! Season to perfection. This is a taco truck that moves from location to location daily. The taco tasting event was located at the Three Weavers Brewery parking lot. Ample seating area to enjoy your food. This is a hidden gem of the area. If you are a local then you know of the Brewery. This taco truck is here every Tuesday from 4pm to 8pm. You gotta try their food. I’m no foodie but they thought of me as Los Foodies

Food truck with fresh food options. I’ve tried the fish tacos as well as the guacamole here, and the fish tacos were generously portioned. It seemed healthier since the fish wasn’t fried but rather grilled, and they included avocado sliced atop the heft corn tortillas. The guacamole was on the smaller side so it’s more of a portion for one person. I liked how they included plenty of jalapeños and cilantro. Cash accepted. They change locations so keep an eye out for their schedule. The workers were friendly. You pay and then will get a buzzer that’ll go off when your food is ready for pickup (about a 20 minute wait for me in the evening).

We visited from out of state and we where looking for some authentic ceviche/sea food. We ordered a ceviche de camaron y ceviche mixto. Also ordered tacos de asada I highly recommend this place. Everything we ordered was so good! Definitely a must try!

2022 Food Truck Month, Part 4 I feel like this series has taught me many things and it already has gained a special place in my heart. One of things I’ve learned is that if you’re chasing a good food truck ALWAYS follow the path of a limo driver. I mean, their input has got to be golden, amirite? We caught up with “Tacos y Mariscos El Rojinegro” on Sepulveda Westway just South of Manchester Avenue in Los Angeles, California. While they have clearly posted their menu, who cares? Our order absolutely HAD to include whatever the limo driver recommended. When asked he paused only long enough to finish his current bite before uttering “shrimp tacos” with absolutely zero hesitation. The jury had returned its verdict so fish tacos it was! We are pleased to report that our newly minted food truck “rule” paid off quite nicely! The “Gobernador Tacos” unselfishly offered up tremendous cheesy (Provolone) and shrimpy goodness that was packed into wonderful tortillas! The “Carne Asada Quesadilla” absolutely had to contain something that was marinated because it was also excellent! Both offered great salsa options (a little spicy, but worth the slight burn)! The food quality here is BETTER than typical restaurant quality and is worthy of consideration by our more adventurous followers. There is no seating available, but please don’t make your order to go. Eat in your car and wipe your hands on your seats if you need to. It’s that good and shouldn’t wait to be enjoyed! And that’s…Henry’s Take. #losangelesfoodtrucks
